EXCHANGE/RETURN/ REFUND POLICY

 

EXCHANGE

We have a 7 Days Exchange Policy

To be eligible for a exchange, our item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. ( i.e packaging box, price Tags, outer bags, etc )

To complete your exchange, we require you to match above criteria 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons will not be accepted and sent back

Exchange window is will be open only for 7 days after the date of delivery

You will have to Fill a mandatory Form which will be sent to you for an Exchange

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If there is any damage or defect only in that case you can apply for return and refund

You will receive a return form to fill your details like ( name, order id, add photos etc)

Once item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 7-14 working days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular fully priced items will be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
